The Founder
Horacio Fields is a native Virginian, however he obtained his Degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. His tenacious attitude and strong work ethic helped him aquire an internship at the renowned Universal Music Group Distribution where his innovative and out of the box ideas lead him to attain the position of project manager and eventually Senior Project Manager. While successfully persevering at UMGD, Horacio began freelancing and became the community manager for I create. Both positions required a vast amount of research, marketing skills, and computer knowledge. The majority of his work was project based under strict guidelines and accomplished with no supervision. He has a proven track record of successful team management and implementing pioneering ideas. His vast amount of new media marketing experience lead him to create Black Umbrella Media, which encompasses a broad range of services including promotion, marketing, and management for any type of Media.
